Manage Construction, Maintenance, Put On Production, Pipeline and assume personal responsibility for the safe, cost-efficient, and technically advanced construction of oil/gas/water production, separation, and injection facilities. Scotty possesses extensive project management, mechanical, pipeline, and compression experience. Develop, execute and be accountable for all construction capital and expense budgets. Develop, manage, and comply with project schedules. Ensure projects have a proper planning and are constructed in prior sequence and within specification. Provided appropriate communication’s and direction to train constructors and manage the projects subcontractors to ensure positive and safe performance and results. Assist construction management providing quality control to produce a work product that complies with or exceeds applicable code requirements. Ensure all required project documentation is complete, accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Ensure all applicable protocols, polices, procedures, best work practices, codes and regulations, local, state, and federal laws are followed, and all safety and quality objectives are met. Ensure all essential coordination and communication requirements between stakeholders are satisfied. Extensive background in Oil/Gas operations, process equipment. Scotty also has experience in crude oil measurement, LACT unit design and installation.
Work History
Scotty has managed multiple pipeline projects Flex steel, Flex pipe, Polyflow, Carbone Steel, HDPE. Flowlines, Gas Injection trunk lines (Gas Injection Headers), produced water transfer lines, and produced water injection lines. Overseen multiple facility builds, Tank Battery’s, SWD’s, Compressor Installs include Dehy/Btex, with fuel skids, Flare installs, Oil Stations, Upgrades, and Retrofits. Ensuring all installations/projects are delivered within budget and schedule, ensure all changes are approved at the appropriate level within the organization and are documented. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
