Keith brings extensive experience in Project Management, Construction Management, and the building trades. He has played a key role in estimating, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing a wide range of construction projects, major shutdowns, and maintenance operations. With more than 40 years of experience in domestic process piping systems across oil and gas production, refining, chemical, petrochemical, plastics, and the power generation industries, he offers deep technical and practical expertise.

His knowledge spans layout and review of process piping, instrumentation, electrical, civil, mechanical, and structural drawings, as well as the interpretation and application of relevant codes, procedures, standards, and specifications. Keith’s background includes hands-on maintenance and construction work, instructional roles, and supervisory responsibilities, supported by a strong understanding of OSHA State and Federal Safety Standards. He also possesses the computer skills necessary to perform a broad range of management duties.
